HUBLI: Tata Teleservices launched ‘Tata Indicom True Value Hub’ in Hubli to provide complete and end-to-end service to customers.

Speaking to reporters after launching the Hub Prabhat Mani, Chief Operating Officer, Tata Teleservices, Karnataka, said the Hub promised to provide customers a truly enjoyable and enriching experience and was a one stop shop for all telecom needs.

He said that Tata Indicom was committed to provide high-quality service to potential and existing customers of Tata Indicom. He also said that it was being planned to add a total of 700 true value outlets across Karntaka by the end of 2005.

He said the Hub offered customers a first-hand experience of all handsets, accessories and online systems to allow customer to register complaints and seek resolutions and to make cash and cheque payments for bills and obtain receipts instantly.

Besides the above services, the Ture value Hub will also attend to basic handset repairs and service of handsets from customers, he said. Tata Indicom currently is offering services in 155 major towns in Karnataka and uninterrupted coverage on prominent highways.

The services include fixed wireless, CDMA mobile, Wireline and other Internet and data services like ISDN, DSL, VPNs and Data centre services and Tata Indicom had a cumulative customer base of over 4.5 lakh customers in Karnataka, he added.
